🛒 Buying
As a main payment system we use LiqPay, it’s an innovative that accepts all common payment methods - Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. More details below.
Once you buy, you'll receive an order confirmation email, with some important details like the order number, the order summary, the total cost, and the chosen shipping address.
🏭 Producing
The most popular items we try to keep pre-prepared in our warehouse. For others, we take several days (as soon as possible, basically 3-5 days, sometimes faster) to manufacture and deliver. We are constantly working on improving this process!
The duration for production may fluctuate based on the specific product and the time of the year; however, it is encompassed within the estimated delivery date provided for your order.
📦 Packing
We are trying to be as sustainable as much as possible today. We use an ECO courier package which is made from recycled primary film with additives for rapid decomposition of the package. Our Eco bags are safe for the health of consumers and the environment.
Also we are trying to avoid polygraphic useless things like labels on clothes.
Only one thing we include to the package - it's a bag with handles which are made from craft paper or from fallen leaves (not wood pulp) that only needs a 30-day biodegradation period. We don’t pack in it, so when you open an ECO courier package, it will be neatly put together with clothes, so it won't be so crumpled, next, you just need to put clothes inside it and be happy:). We believe that you will find multiple uses for it!

Once your order is in transit, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Our main delivery service works very well with local delivery services in all countries. For example, In the USA it’s USPS, in the UK it's Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Also it could be Nova Post service, the network of branches in Europe is developing very quickly - map of departments.
Please Note: Tracking number works in 199 countries. Is it available for your country or not, you can check -> here. If not, please don’t worry, delivery is still available, you will get your package as soon as possible.

What are the shipping options?
Worldwide (Powered by Ukrposhta)
Up to 2 kg per package. Delivery takes approximately 7-14 days after the manufacturing process if it’s required. Check your country Delivery Time. It works with local delivery services in all the countries. For example in the UK it's Royal Mail or Postman, In the USA it’s USPS.
EMS (Powered by Ukrposhta)
From 2 to 20 kg per one package. EMS (Express Mail Service) is an accelerated international delivery service. EMS postal items are delivered exclusively by air. According to Universal Postal Union standards, EMS postal items in the country of destination are delivered to the recipient’s address.

Europe and Local In Ukraine (Nova Post)
Up to 30 kg per package. Europe delivery takes approximately 3 days, local in Ukraine 1-2 days after the manufacturing process if it’s required. Innovative, extremely simple and the fastest delivery! The network of branches in Europe is developing very quickly - map of departments.
At the moment integration works with Moldova, Czech Republic and Poland, address delivery to Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Italy, coming soon - France and Austria. We believe that in the near future it will be the best and fastest option for worldwide delivery!

Why isn't my tracking number accurate or live?
For orders with tracking, your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the information is shared with the shipping carrier. Typically, your order is picked up, and the tracking becomes live within a day. However, carrier limitations may occasionally cause delays in the commencement of order shipments, leading to a delay in the activation of tracking. Nevertheless, be assured that your order is en route and will reach you shortly!
Where does my order ship from?
Our main production and warehouse are located in Vinnytsia city (Ukraine).
Seems too far away? Nah, it’s quite close! We are working with innovative delivery services like Ukrposhta which works with local delivery services in all the countries and Nova Post which is building a network in Europe very quickly. So the estimated delivery time and cost are the same, sometimes better or very close to the indicators of other postal services in the countries you are used to.
Please Note: We are working to be closer to you. In 2024 in our plans to locate our warehouse in the US.
Will I get charged customs duties for my order?
Customs regulations can vary from country to country and frequently change, sometimes causing delays to your order:
- For US: International shipments with a declared value of FOB (declared value, excluding shipping and insurance) up to 800 USD are exempt from customs duties.
- For UK: UK and Ukraine extend tariff-free trade on majority of goods for an additional five years, until at least 2029 - GOV.UK
- For Australia: International shipments valued FOB (Free On Board, excluding delivery and insurance costs) up to 1000 AUD (≈700 USD) are exempt from both customs duty and sales tax.

Are there any restrictions?
Due to the locations and international shipping restrictions, orders can't be fulfilled for the following countries: Russia, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, etc.

What is your fastest shipping method?
Need your order in a hurry? Firstable, if your are in Europe, check the Nova Post if it is available in your city. If not, we suggest choosing the Express shipping (EMS) method at the checkout page.
Although you pay a little more for Nova Post or Express shipping, it will ensure that your order arrives more quickly if you’re pressed for time.
Is the packaging recyclable?

Can I get my order gift wrapped?
You can find a special gift box on the website and order it as a separate product (If it's available at the moment). We will pack other items into it and send to the address which you provide!
I'm sending a gift to a special person. Will there be an invoice included in the packaging?
Typically, the confirmation email you receive after placing an order serves as the only invoice. Nevertheless, for certain international shipments, it is necessary to include an invoice with the parcel for customs clearance.
